An\u00e1lise da satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos consumidores em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a aspetos tang\u00edveis relativamente ao grau de confian\u00e7a, prontid\u00e3o, seguran\u00e7a e empatia que lhes \u00e9 assegurada.
Perante os resultados dos inqu\u00e9ritos realizou-se uma an\u00e1lise descritiva e
detalhada sob a forma de medidas estat\u00edsticas descritivas, representa\u00e7\u00f5es gr\u00e1ficas ou at\u00e9 mesmo infer\u00eancia estat\u00edstica, no sentido de retirar conclus\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o em an\u00e1lise. Por fim, foi utilizada a metodologia SERVQUAL, procurando complementar o estudo com a an\u00e1lise de qualidade do servi\u00e7o, e, atrav\u00e9s de uma an\u00e1lise fatorial foi testada a validade do modelo e foram tiradas conclus\u00f5es acerca do mesmo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
