O CSPVC assegura, no \u00e2mbito das suas atividades, diferentes servi\u00e7os, val\u00eancias e projetos visando o combate a variadas formas de pobreza e de exclus\u00e3o social para dar resposta a problem\u00e1ticas emergentes.
