A Direção é composta pelo Presidente, responsável pelo planeamento e definição da estratégia da ASB, representação institucional e supervisão de toda a estrutura. O Vice-Presidente Interno/a trata da gestão interna, ou seja, do desempenho dos departamentos, dos membros e da direção e ainda da relação entre membros. Para além disso, a supervisão da tesouraria e a gestão financeira também ficam a seu cargo. Por fim, o Vice-Presidente Externo/a acompanha todos os materiais de divulgação da ASB para o exterior; contacta, mantém e estabelece parcerias relevantes ao crescimento da ASB e dos seus membros e ainda trata da contratualização de serviços com os clientes.
Project Managers are responsible for preparing and planning projects, moderating teams and guaranteeing good group dynamics, ensuring the harmonized and complete implementation of projects. The Internal Project Manager is responsible for the projects within Aveiro Smart Business, while the External Project Manager oversees the projects external to ASB, i.e., the client's projects.

In the Commercial and Marketing Department there is a commitment to contact customers, seek partnerships, manage social networks, conduct market research and develop strategic plans.
Being organized, communicative, persuasive and having a taste for exploring individual and team creativity, are the main skills of the members of this department.
The Finance Department is responsible for carrying out financial analysis, invoicing, market research, budgeting and investment plans.
The interest in the areas of management, accounting and taxation, combined with the desire to learn is what drives this creative team, capable of making decisions, detecting opportunities and adapting to change.
Tasks such as the production of institutional videos, web design, graphic identity, editorial project and multimedia coverage of events are the responsibility of the Image and Communication Department.
This team is made up of members with artistic sensitivity, attention to detail, aesthetic sense and a lot of creativity, capable of converting thoughts and words into real images.

The General Assembly is the highest deliberative body of the ASB, which is governed by its Rules of Procedure, approved by the General Assembly. The Board of the General Assembly is composed of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary.
The Fiscal Council is ASB's supervisory and control body. It is composed of the President, Vice-President and Secretary, whose duty is to examine the administrative and financial acts of ASB, request the convening of General Meetings, as well as give their opinion on the Plan of Activities and Budget or other requested documentation.
