The Smart Team is young, dynamic, proactive and with a sense of commitment. Its mission is the contact with the business environment, the development of soft and hard skills and the promotion of new opportunities, projecting the future every day.
General Board
The General Board is composed of the President, who is responsible for planning and defining ASB's strategy, institutional representation, and supervision of the entire structure. The Internal Vice-President deals with internal management, i.e., the performance of departments, members and management, as well as the relationship between members. In addition, treasury supervision and financial management are also in charge. Finally, the External Vice President accompanies all ASB's promotional materials abroad; contacts, maintains and establishes partnerships relevant to the growth of ASB and its members and deals with the contracting of services with customers.

Project Managers
Project Managers are responsible for preparing and planning projects, moderating teams and guaranteeing good group dynamics, ensuring the harmonized and complete implementation of projects. The Internal Project Manager is responsible for the projects within Aveiro Smart Business, while the External Project Manager oversees the projects external to ASB, i.e., the client's projects.

Commercial and Marketing Department
In the Commercial and Marketing Department there is a commitment to contact customers, seek partnerships, manage social networks, conduct market research and develop strategic plans.

The Finance Department is responsible for carrying out financial analysis, invoicing, market research, budgeting and investment plans.

Tasks such as the production of institutional videos, web design, graphic identity, editorial project and multimedia coverage of events are the responsibility of the Image and Communication Department.
This team is made up of members with artistic sensitivity, attention to detail, aesthetic sense and a lot of creativity, capable of converting thoughts and words into real images.

Fiscal Council
The Fiscal Council is ASB's supervisory and control body. It is composed of the President, Vice-President and Secretary, whose duty is to examine the administrative and financial acts of ASB, request the convening of General Meetings, as well as give their opinion on the Plan of Activities and Budget or other requested documentation.
